As of April 15, 2024, customers contacting Dentsply Sirona technical support whose equipment is not under warranty or service contract coverage will be charged a flat rate of $250 per incident to receive remote support from Dentsply Sirona. We will continue to provide free remote technical support to our authorized dealer technicians, regardless of the equipment’s warranty status or service contract coverage.
